Beau founded the company back in 2011 with now close to 20 years of experience overseeing diverse projects from inception to completion. Beau has successfully managed multi-million dollar projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. With a strong track record of fostering collaborative relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, Beau consistently drives for excellence in construction management.

James Tucker

Senior Site Supervisor

James joined Pryde back in 2020 and is a dedicated Site Supervisor with a wealth of experience in the construction industry spanning over a decade. Known for his hands-on approach and unwavering commitment to quality, James has successfully overseen numerous construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, project timelines, and budgetary constraints. His strong leadership skills and ability to effectively communicate with contractors and team members enable him to streamline operations and drive project efficiency.

Tony Shields

Site Supervisor

Tony joined Pryde back in 2016 and is an esteemed Site Supervisor boasting over two decades of hands-on experience in the construction industry. With a career marked by dedication and proficiency. His seasoned expertise spans project planning, resource allocation, and meticulous on-site coordination, ensuring projects meet stringent quality standards, safety regulations, and deadlines.

Brad Lee-Tarran

Site Supervisor

Brad joined Pryde back in 2021 and is renowned for his leadership skills and fosters cohesive teamwork among crew members and subcontractors, driving productivity and problem-solving with great success on all projects.

Brent Stimson

Site Supervisor

Brent has extensive hands-on experience across all aspects of construction. He brings a strong technical background in plastering and framing, along with a comprehensive understanding of building processes, site coordination, and quality control. Known for his reliability and attention to detail, Brent ensures projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. Outside of work, he is an avid Brisbane Broncos fan.
