This state-of-the-art facility now serves as the new headquarters for the national Wallaroos team and a premier training base for the Queensland Reds men’s and women’s teams and the Reds Academy squad. The project showcases Pryde Projects’ commitment to excellence in commercial construction, fit-out, and refurbishment services.

Project Overview

The NRTC Ballymore is a comprehensive training facility that supports elite rugby performance and community engagement. The scope of work included:

  • A 700m2 high-performance gym
  • A 3010-seat integrated grandstand
  • An aquatic recovery centre featuring river and plunge pools
  • A 75-seat auditorium for player meetings and community rugby education
  • A 120-person capacity players’ lounge and function room
  • Unisex change facilities to accommodate the growth of women’s rugby
  • Administration and football offices

Our Contributions

Pryde Projects was entrusted with delivering key elements of the NRTC Ballymore, which included ceilings, partitions, doors, frames and hardware, external cladding, and feature wall panelling. Our specialised expertise in ceilings, partitions, and carpentry played a pivotal role in transforming this vision into reality. We meticulously installed advanced ceiling systems, durable and aesthetic partitions, and high-quality feature external cladding to ensure the facility meets the highest standards of functionality and design.
